What To Expect in Rothschild WI

Prior to your first visit to BFC, we will email you the new patient paperwork to complete. Please fill this out as detailed as possible. The more information Dr. Giana has about you or your child’s health history, the more she can help!

Your First Visit In Rothschild WI

On your first visit, you can expect to be warmly greeted by either Dr. Giana or Jon, her husband. You will then get a tour of our beautiful office so you can get acclimated with where things are and what to expect on each visit. Once the tour is over, you will then be taken into the Exam Room where you will meet with Dr. Giana to begin the consultation and exam.

At this time, Dr. Giana will go over your health history, so she understands your current and past health challenges. She will then explain how your nervous system functions and how chiropractic can help it function more effectively. Then, she will move on to the most important part of the examination and that is the Insight Scanning Technology. This essential, computerized tool is used in determining how well your nervous system is functioning. Dr. Giana will perform a series of scans of your spine and nervous system. These scans are used to help determine what exactly is going on with your health and what it will take to correct the problem so your body can function at a higher level. You will not receive an adjustment on the first visit. Dr. Giana wants to ensure she thoroughly examines your health history and analyzes your computerized nervous system scans before adjusting you, so you are getting the appropriate care.

Once the exam is over and you have scheduled your second appointment, Dr. Giana will evaluate all the information gathered from your first visit and create a specifically designed, custom restorative care plan for you or your child. The first visit is very thorough; however, it should only take about 40 minutes to complete.

Your Second Visit

Coming in for your second visit, you can expect much of the same from the moment you walk through the front doors. You will be greeted with a warm welcome as if you were family. Dr. Giana will go through the results from your computerized nervous system scans. Again, these scans provide information about your spine and nervous system and help with developing a starting point for your customized restorative care plan. During this time, please feel free to ask any questions you may have for Dr. Giana.

Dr. Giana will then walk you through your individualized restorative care plan. Remember, these custom care plans are to help you achieve your health goals as well as help your nervous system function the way it was designed to. Finally, Dr. Giana will go over the financials of the plan and the different options within our affordable care plans.

Once complete, you will head to the adjusting room where you will receive your first adjustment. After your adjustment, you will be taken to the front desk area where you will set up your schedule of care!

Typical Visits

Once the first two initial appointments are done, a typical visit should take approximately 5-10 minutes. You will experience very much of the same when you walk in for your regular appointments as you did for the first appointment. A warm greeting and a friendly smile from the front desk coordinator, who will then direct you to one of our adjusting rooms.

Every 12 visits, you can expect to receive a re-examination. This appointment typically takes 15-20 minutes. At this time, Dr. Giana will perform computerized nervous system scans to evaluate how your body is responding to care.
